8 lovely SITD ladies were lucky to be able to attend the annual Bucks Lake trip on September 5 – 8, where we rented 3 rustic cabins, each with a lake view. Lauren, Kathy, Nancy, Tanya B., Shirley, Lil, Laura and Lisa S. all thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
The weather was spectacular – a mix of very warm and also some cool. Here are some fond memories and impressions from the trip:

● Sooo much good food – appetizers, snacks and desserts galore!!
● Lots of crazy games of "UNO!!" and remembrances of those who had a slightly longer learning curve of knowing when to say, "UNO"!! (not just Lil...)
● If you unlock your cabin door, go in, lock the door from the inside for the night, and leave the keys hanging on the outside, is it still safe?

● If you get dressed in the dark, you might just wear your bathing suit inside out to the beach…but who cares??
● Perfect weather, glassy water, fun on the beach and lake! Never ready to go home! How nice to be out of cell range for a few days and just enjoy nature and each other.
● 2025 dates are Sept 4-7 (Thurs – Sun.) Everyone is invited to join in 2025 and come enjoy the fun and comradery!!
