SITD will be hosting a Sex Trafficking informational program meeting to educate our members on this topic. This is a major problem in the Truckee-Reno corridor. Understanding the issue will help us gain insight into how we can help (as a club and as individuals).
The event will be held on April 25th from 12-1 pm at the Truckee Tahoe Airport, Conference Room B. Speakers include Melissa Holland, Founder & Executive Director of Awaken Reno, and Andrea Chapman, Crisis Advocacy Manager from Sierra Community House.
