SOROPTISHOP IS BOTH LIVE AND VIRTUAL THIS YEAR
The Soroptishop Committee is very excited to host our live/in-person Soroptishop Artisan Craft Faire once again this year, and we need your help.
We anticipate 60 vendors who will be offering quite a variety of items for sale. For those who are unable to attend the live event, we will also have multiple vendors signed up for the virtual portion of the Artisan Faire. It is a great opportunity to do some holiday gift shopping. And to pick up a little something for yourself!
We need Vendors! If you know any artisan who you think would like to sell their items at our event, please direct them to www.Soroptishop.GiveSmart.com for information or to register. Or you can have them contact Kathleen Raber or Pati Johnson for information.
We also need SITD members to sign up to help on the day of the event. A Volunteer Signup sheet will be coming in October and will include help with Set Up, Take Down, Pouring Wine, and Ticket Sales/Check In. Please be thinking of where you would like to help. And mark your calendar!!
We also need all members to help promote this fun event. Tell your family, friends and co-workers about it. Post and share on your social media pages. Send out text and emails.
This is our club’s second largest fundraiser. All net proceeds help to pay for the programs which we support.
Here are the important details:
What: Soroptishop is an Artisan Craft Faire. Lots of unique goods for sale, which make great holiday gifts.
When: November 17, 2022 from 5:30 to 8:30 pm at the Community Rec Center in Truckee.
Cost: $15 Admission, includes a glass of Truckee River Winery wine and some goodies. You can buy admission tickets in advance at Soroptishop.Givesmart.com
Virtual: Runs from Thursday November 10th to Thursday November 24th and is free!!
