Lauren Mohun, SITD Parliamentarian, reported on attending Meetings via Zoom. Laura explained that due to the members attending meetings over Zoom not able to hear the speakers very well, a powerful microphone will be purchased to help with the audio during meetings. She noted that members will need to come up to the front of the meeting room and speak at the podium so the Zoom attendees can see and hear the presentations.
