SITD’s biggest fundraiser, our annual Wine Tasting and Restaurant Faire, is just three short months away. Now is the time for all of us to band together in seeking donors, sponsorships, and silent auction items. Your help is also needed in spreading the word via social media. Both paper and digital ‘save the date’ flyers are now available. Let’s make sure all of Truckee and beyond are invited to our June 10th event! Coordinators are Susan Horst and Marie Strassburger.
Prior to approaching a potential Sponsor, please check the spreadsheet sent to you by the Silent Auction committee on Feb 9th, to be sure that we are not duplicating efforts. Also, please let Pati Johnson know who you plan to solicit.
The letter and registration form can be found on our club's website. The form outlines the Sponsorship levels and benefits our Sponsors receive for their support. And Sponsors can sign up and pay at https://sitdwine.givesmart.com/
